Agora,
que eu já não sei andar nas trevas,
não me roubes a Tua Mão, Senhor,...
por piedade!
Voltar às trevas não sei,
e sem a Tua Mão não poderei
dar um só passo em tanta Claridade.

Pelas Tuas feridas minhas, pelas tristezas
de Tua Mãe, Jesus.
não me deixes, no meio desta Luz,
de pernas presas...

Não me deixes ficar
com o Caminho todo iluminado
e eu parado e tão cansado
como se fosse a andar ...

out of pity!
