Palacio Foz, April 1st recital

Palacio Foz offers some opportunities to listen to good music in a palace. Almost every Monday when you visit there at least by 5:10 and wait in line for twenty minutes, they open the door at 5:30. The events usually start at 6:00 and they last from 40 minutes to 2 hours depending on the program. In February, it was two hours featuring the famous musician Alejandro Erlich Oliva and last night it was 40 minutes featuring students of instituto gregoriano de lisboa, which is a very famous public music school in Portugal. Inside Palacio Foz This event was to commemorate the 260 anniversary of Hendel's death. The young musicians looked nervous and some did okay and others didn't. I don't have an ear for music; however, I could see how well it went just by looking at the faces of each performer right after the performance.
