Alice in Wonderland
When I was young, I loved reading Alice in Wonderland.
Growing up, we didn't have much but still were a happy family.
However, sharing everything with my big sister and my little brother in a tiny house,
I sometimes needed an escape from reality, which was reading books.
One of the books I read over and over again was Alice in Wonderland by Lewis Carol.
Of course, at that time, I didn't know any English
so I read it in Korean.
Later in college, I had a chance to read it again in English.
Still very touching and it felt kind of different compared in reading it in Korean.
Different languages kind of make me feel different.
Maybe it's because I got older.
Now as I am studying Portuguese,
someday soon I want to read the book again in Portuguese.
This time, I wonder how I would feel about the book.
