What to do on Monday, here in Lisbon. A lot~

Almost all the museums are closed on Monday.
So don't go to the Belem district on Mondays.
You can't enjoy any free access
so it's sort of waste to use your Lisboa card.

Then what should you do, you may wonder?
(1) Enjoy your walk on Edward VII Park
to Amalia Rodrigues Garden.
Listening to the queen of Fado
while taking a stroll can be a good way
to pay respect to Amalia Rodrigues.

Edward VII Park is a wonderful place
to visit day and night.

(2) In the garden,
there's a Michelin one-star restaurant, Eleven?
The address is Rua Marquês de Fronteira,
Jardim Amália Rodrigues.
You can google it easily.

They have special prices on weekday lunch.
Two dishes per person are only 28 euros.
Three dishes per person are only 35 euros.
Quite reasonable.

As of Jan. 18 2019 this special deal is still on.
Just in case, you can contact them directly.
11@restauranteleven.com
Phone: +351 21 386 22 11

(3) Go to Gubenkian musuem.
Unlike other museums, it's closed on Tuesday.
On Sunday afternoon from 2 p.m. they offer free entrances.

On Tuesdays
All-inclusive (Collections + Exhibitions) 14€
Founder’s Collection + Modern Collection 10€
Sculpture in Paris in the age of Rodin 5€
Art and Architecture between Lisbon and Baghdad 3€
Al Cartio and Constance Ruth Howes from A to C FREE

So you can just visit
Al Cartio and Constance Ruth Howes from A to C if you like.

(4) Go shopping at El Corte.
Its location is between Eleven and Gubenkinan.
It almost never closes and offer direct tax refund.

All the above places are within easy walking distance.
Enjoy your Monday.
